Privacy and Security Policy

Michigan Visiting Nurses is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its online guests. We do not collect personal information about individuals—such as their names and postal and/or email addresses—except when it is knowingly provided by such individuals. We believe that maintaining privacy on the Web is very important and that informing our visitors about the types of information we collect and how we use it is crucial.

Information Provided by Visitors

When you provide your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, company name, or the products you are shopping for or purchasing) we will not give or sell your individual information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your relationship with MVN. Additionally, internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of your data.

Credit card information is protected by an extra layer of security. You may also be asked for additional information required to complete and service your clinic registration requests, such as your gender, weight and social security number.

When you complete an online form

For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored permanently on the Web server. You may also be asked for additional information required to complete and service your request, such as your gender, weight and social security number.

How MVN Uses This Information

MVN uses the information you provide to fulfill online requests and shares the information with third parties to complete the request only. Information is not shared with outside, unrelated companies or organizations.
